Rude staff. No towel in the room. Single size room cluttered with three beds, creaky battered wardrobe. No hot water in the shower (and no communal shower on the floor)! Rounded off with the most meagre breakfast. If you want a pleasant stay, avoid this place.

The place was clean and staff were accommodating, I appreciated best possible location. Bright and quiet room with windows to junkyard was enjoyable. The breakfast was good, had variety of food.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the location is wonderful, comfortable, and there's convenient onsite parking.

Nice reception staffs and comfortable breakfast. Very good location and you can easily walk to the transportation terminal and shopping area.

Really enjoyed the traditional-style building and our quiet and big size room. Had private bathroom with all essentials. Central location was a plus. Spent our evenings in nearby Neumann's Bistro & Weinbar enjoying drinks and atmosphere. A train station was near to place🙂

The hotel is located in a little bit frightening area of Hamburg. There is no elevator, our room was on 4th flor, it was difficult to climb with luggage ...No iron and hair dryer

The staff here are very friendly, and our room had all the amenities we needed such as a bathroom, bathtub, and TV.

The room had a bidet, the beds with feather pillows were comfortable, and the hotel was conveniently located near the city center.

Very small room in need of decoration. State of shower area poor - could not use without flooding shower room. Highly overpriced for what it was, especially for the Saturday. Curtains did not meet nor cover window area. No soap provided. Expected to pay at start of stay.
